Role Overview

This is not a typical tester role. You will be responsible for creating the complete QA infrastructure, processes, and standards at dotSwan.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and implement the entire QA system from scratch
• Test web applications, dashboards, and software products
• Identify, report, and track bugs and issues
• Verify new features and functionality
• Perform manual testing across different devices and browsers
• Create and maintain test plans and test cases
• Work closely with developers to resolve issues
• Ensure products meet functional and usability requirements
• Perform regression testing after updates

Requirements

• Experience in software testing or QA
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience testing websites and applications
• Ability to identify and clearly report bugs
• Good understanding of how software works
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently

Nice to Have

• Experience with test automation tools (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium)
• Experience testing SaaS and modern web applications
• Basic understanding of APIs and Postman/Insomnia
• Programming knowledge (JavaScript/TypeScript or PHP)
• Experience with test management tools (TestRail, ClickUp, Jira)

As our Product Designer, you will be responsible for managing and evolving the complete design ecosystem of dotSwan. This includes product UI/UX, dashboards, brand identity, logos, social media visuals, marketing materials, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain product interfaces and dashboards
• Create UI/UX designs for web and digital products
• Design and manage company and product logos
• Develop and maintain dotSwan’s brand identity and design system
• Create social media graphics and visual content
• Design marketing materials, presentations, and promotional assets
• Help define and visually communicate the brand story
• Ensure consistent design language across all products and platforms
• Collaborate with developers and internal teams to implement designs

Requirements

• Strong experience in Product Design and UI/UX
• Strong experience in Brand and Graphic Design
• Experience designing dashboards and web applications
• Strong skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
• Ability to create logos and brand identities
• Experience creating social media and marketing content
• Strong understanding of modern design trends
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to work independently and take ownership

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using n8n

• Maintain, improve, and troubleshoot existing workflows

• Integrate APIs, web services, and third-party platforms

• Monitor workflows and ensure reliability, performance, and scalability

• Implement error handling, logging, and recovery strategies

• Collaborate with internal teams to automate business and technical processes

• Adopt and integrate AI tools and services into workflows

• Write custom logic using JavaScript when needed
