Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer based in the Netherlands to join our team in a hybrid setup. You will work both remotely and from our Rotterdam office when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Laravel applications

• Build and improve REST APIs

• Work with MySQL/MariaDB databases

• Collaborate with frontend developers and other team members

• Integrate third-party services and APIs

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code

• Review code and contribute to technical decisions

Requirements

• Strong experience with PHP and Laravel (Senior level)
• Based in the Netherlands
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup
• Strong communication skills in English

Nice to Have

• Experience with Docker
• Experience with Vue.js or Livewire or Filament
• Experience with queues and scalable systems
• Familiarity with DevOps concepts
